Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager Relief to join our team, responsible for selling and ordering products for customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and rotating company products by date. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and order products at assigned accounts, determining product needs and placing orders using Spring Mobile technology
  • Communicate daily with leaders, operations, and merchandising teams to ensure quality and timely service to customers
  • Execute marketing initiatives, maintain inventory levels, and ensure customer satisfaction and company standards are met
  • Build, change, and remove product displays and POS materials, clean product spaces, and secure damaged or defective products
  • Ensure consistent adherence to merchandising and customer service standards, stocking and merchandising products in allocated beverage sections

Working Conditions

This role requires field work, daily and weekly travel to local accounts and prospect sites, and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. You will be expected to professionally represent our company at customer locations and maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, with customer service experience in a retail environment or sales position preferred
  • Basic computer application and technology skills, including smartphone and laptop operation
  • Valid Driver’s License, current vehicle liability insurance, and a driving record within policy guidelines
  • Flexible schedule, with potential to work some holidays to meet customer demands
