Our Newest Opportunity:
OneDigital provides Accounting support for a dedicated client. Most work, research and resolutions to problems may require interaction with multiple systems and vendors. This role will research and troubleshoot gift card transactions, mange the replacement process, provide weekly reports and summary of research, and must be available during the Client’s Service hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.
The individual must have a customer service mindset and will be expected to provide 2nd mile service. Work can be remote and is under supervision. After hours support, some holidays and over-time may be required to meet goals or
guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Accounting Specialist core responsibilities will be completed with some supervision and include but are not limited to:
Accounting Services:
1. Proof of Revenue & Proof of Payment:
a. Validating payments to provide assurance of the accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy of financial transactions.
2. Restaurant Activity Reconciliation: Ex. Outstanding Payments
a. Validating outstanding payments to ensure they are legitimate, timely, and not due to errors or duplicates.
3. Available to work during the hours of 8:00-5:00 pm EST
4. Adhere to client’s holiday schedule
5. Coordinate with client when requesting vacation and other personal days off or time away from the office to ensure adequate staffing
6. Miscellaneous administration work
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
1. An inquisitive nature, always pressing to know more and understand more about the client and their needs
2. Technology savvy, having a curiosity and propensity to learn more about computers, software and other tools
that make business more effective and productive
3. Strong analytical skills
4. An excellent communicator (listens, speaks, and writes well)
5. Highly organized and process driven, can manage a multitude of requests, details, and follow-ups (including
paperwork)
6. Welcomes change
Education, Training and Experience
1. High school diploma, minimally. College degree and any other professionally related designations are preferred.
2. 2-4 years of accounting experienced preferred
3. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)

The typical base pay for this role nationwide is around $72,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
