Administrative Assistant/Customer Service

Masis Staffing is hiring for Field Representative II, MS Onsite Technical Support in Los Angeles, CA 90021.

Shift: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $24.50/hr

Job Description:
POSITION PROFILE: Facility support, mailroom duties.
These positions will be assisting with conference room and event set-ups that include moving chairs, tables and additional miscellaneous furniture. They will be assisting with office moves. customer service background. Someone who is detail oriented. Someone who is a good communicator verbally and in writing. Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office software. Completing tasks or assignments in a timely fashion without an overabundance of oversight. Moderate to heavy depending on the services required for the job or customer request. REQUIREMENTS:
-Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
-Excellent customer service skills – Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize.

WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
-Typically, an office environment
-Work does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects (i.e. chairs), setting up rooms for meetings and events. Occasionally lifting up to 70 lbs. (cases of paper, etc.) – Moderate dexterity – regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.

Pay: $19.50 – $26.00 per hour
