Administrative Assistant ( Remote / Office)

Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. If you are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments
• Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Provide general support to visitors
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office
