We are looking for an experienced AEM Content Traffic / Website Content Manager to lead web strategy initiatives and oversee content creation for a defense software company. This is a long-term contract position, where you will drive the development of impactful web copy, manage cross-functional teams, and optimize website performance. Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine web copy for product and solution pages, campaign landing pages, and homepage messaging to ensure clarity, audience relevance, and conversion optimization.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and tone while meeting marketing and business objectives.
• Lead the execution of the web marketing roadmap by coordinating with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, content marketing, demand generation, compliance, and web development.
• Prioritize and manage incoming content and web requests based on impact, resourcing, and alignment with team goals.
• Provide guidance and daily support to team members, including UX designers, strategists, and production managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate regular meetings with development and UX teams to refine plans, address challenges, and communicate new business priorities.
• Monitor website analytics using Adobe Analytics to identify opportunities for UX and content optimization.
• Create monthly performance reports and collaborate with demand generation teams to improve the pipeline from high-intent pages.
• Drive continuous improvements in website performance and user experience through data-driven decision-making.
• Proven experience in web content management, copywriting, and strategy, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams and oversee multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO principles, UX best practices, and data-driven content optimization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on creating audience-relevant, benefit-driven content.
• Demonstrated ability to apply strategic thinking while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience leading web projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment across departments.
• Ability to analyze website performance metrics and implement improvements based on insights.
