Affiliate Marketing Manager

Your Role

As our Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in expanding our affiliate program. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies for identifying, developing, and nurturing affiliate partnerships. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness, driving qualified traffic to our offers, and exceeding our affiliate revenue goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and recruit new affiliates and influencers.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with existing and potential affiliate partners.
  • Create and maintain strong communication channels with affiliates, providing ongoing support and promotional opportunities.
  • Drive affiliate participation and performance through engaging campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage and analyze affiliate program performance, including revenue, content, and conversion rates.
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing affiliate programs or in an account executive/sales role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tactical gear market or a strong interest in the industry.
