Mission
• Run multiple CEO-priority projects. Deploy AI across Sales/Support/Marketing, drive pricing & commercials, and spin up 0→1 micro-products/new business lines.
What you’ll do (ordered by impact)
• AI Deployment & Automation: Build/ship n8n + LLM workflows (CRM, helpdesk, marketing). Instrument cost/time saved and revenue lift.
• New Business & Product: Prototype fast (vibe-code JS/Python), test demand, launch scrappy MVPs, and add net-new revenue lines.
• Pricing & Commercials: Design packages, run price tests, set guardrails, build simple deal/pricing calculators; track margin, LTV, payback.
• Data → Decisions: Stand up lightweight dashboards (ARR/MRR, cohorts, CAC/LTV); publish crisp weekly insights and next actions.
• Enablement: Turn wins into SOPs/templates; drive adoption of tools and playbooks across teams.
360-Day Roadmap
• Day 30–60: Ship 2–3 AI automations; launch 1 pricing experiment; validate 1 MVP concept.
• Day 90–180: 6–10 automations in prod (≥100 hrs/month saved); 3–5 pricing experiments with clear learnings; MVP v1 live with paying users.
• Day 360: Own a business line (P&L-light): target outcomes like +₹X ARR / +Y% expansion / −Z% support minutes via AI; roadmap, metrics, and ops are yours.
Must-have skills
• AI-native builder: Prompting, API chaining, retrieval, evaluation; can vibe-code JS/Python, wire REST/webhooks, and use n8n.
• Pricing & product sense: Comfortable with packaging, elasticity tests, cohort math, and “ship → measure → iterate.”
• Clear writing, bias to action, and comfort running 3–6 parallel projects.
Nice-to-haves
• CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), helpdesk (Intercom/Zendesk), marketing stack, GA4/PostHog/Metabase; Shopify/PLG context a plus.
“Wacky but real” things you’ve done with AI (the vibe we love)
• Vibe-coded a Chrome extension/mini-app over a weekend with GPT as your pair-dev.
• Stitched n8n + LLM + webhooks to auto-summarize calls to CRM and trigger follow-ups.
• Built a pricing sandbox that generates scenarios from plain-English prompts.
• Auto-generated support macros from docs; reduced AHT measurably.
• Scraped competitor pricing and produced a daily Slack brief with risks/opps.
• Spun up a lead-router agent that beats manual routing on speed & SQO rate.
