Amazon Expert – Variations, Listings, Case Management & Reporting (US Hour
We are looking for a skilled Amazon Specialist to manage routine and ongoing tasks on our Amazon seller account. This role includes creating and optimizing listings, managing case logs with Amazon support, uploading images, troubleshooting issues, building variations, and generating performance reports. The goal is to keep our Amazon presence strong, efficient, and optimized for growth.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly familiar with Amazon Seller Central, and experienced in both day-to-day operations and performance reporting. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you’ll be coordinating with our team and Amazon support.
Responsibilities:
• Create and manage listing variations (sizes, colors, bundles, etc.)
• Create and manage new product listings
• Upload and update product images
• Open and manage cases with Amazon Seller Support (case management)
• Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressions, and other account issues
• Optimize product content (titles, descriptions, bullet points, backend keywords)
• Conduct keyword optimization for better visibility and conversions (preferred)
• Generate and manage weekly reports on conversions and performance using Amazon reports
• Provide sales updates on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Collaborate with our team during US business hours
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central (variations, listings, case management, reports)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Availability to work part-time to full-time during US hours
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with keyword research tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO best practices
• Prior experience troubleshooting listing suppressions, stranded inventory, and policy violations
• Familiarity with analyzing sales data and conversion metrics
