About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Amazon Flex team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for customers by answering their queries through phone, chat or email;
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their orders and services;
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers;
• Identify and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
