The Main Function Of The Situation Services Include But Are Not Limited To
- Plan And Coordinate The Work Of The Technical/Systems Managers To Achieve The Goals And Objectives Of The Customer Organization In North America.
- Collaborate With Building Operations, Engineering Operations, FC Startup Team, AFT Software Teams, ACES Team And Security To Support MHE Process Improvement And Project Implementation.
- Understand, Manage, And Troubleshoot Control Systems Including PLC/PC Controls And Industrial Networks Such As Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, Motor Control Systems, Servo Drives, Variable Drives, And Electrical Distribution Systems.
- Analyze MHE Metrics And Coordinate With Maintenance / Operations For System Performance Issues And Provide Analysis Of Overall Performance. - Act As First Support For Control System Operators/Managers, During And After Office Hours, Locally And Remotely, And Repair Control Hardware Or Software Systems In The Building.
- Raise Failure Situations Effectively With Vendors Or Head Office For Assistance In Restoring Equipment Services.
- Control System Supervisors (Csts) And Control System Supervisors (Csls) In Your Assigned Building.
- Support Failure Analysis And Incident Investigation Processes And Implement Process Improvements Or Training To Prevent Future Incidents
- Apply Skills In Material Management And Electronic Systems To Maximize The Use Of Systems In The Building.
- Conduct, Implement, And Provide Internal Audits To Assess The Effectiveness Of The Asset Management System.
- Collaborate With Other Building Contractors, Equipment Vendors, And Parts Suppliers To Plan And Coordinate New Technology Installations.
- Act As A Technical Advisor For In-House Investment Projects
