Amazon Web Services (AWS) Trainer Cloud & Contact Center Specialist

Location: Seattle or nearby- Remote

Duration: 6+ months Contract

Pay rate: Market/DOE

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver structured AWS training modules aligned with the 12-week curriculum.
• Teach AWS fundamentals (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, etc.).
• Lead Amazon Connect labs, including instance setup, contact flow design, CCP customization, and integration with Lex, Lambda, and third-party CRMs.
• Guide students in real-time dashboards, monitoring, and compliance topics (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Facilitate hands-on labs in AWS Skill Builder/Qwiklabs.
• Provide coaching for AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and AWS Contact Center Specialist certifications.
• Assist with capstone projects: building a fully functional call center on AWS.
• Provide feedback and mentorship on assignments, troubleshooting labs, and applied projects.

Required Skills & Expertise
• Deep expertise in AWS core services (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC, CloudWatch, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Proven experience with Amazon Connect (instance setup, advanced contact flows, Lex integration).
• Strong knowledge of serverless architectures and AI/ML services in AWS (Lex, Kendra, Forecast, SageMaker).
• Familiarity with contact center operations, routing, and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR).
• Experience in designing training materials and delivering technical workshops.
• AWS Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate (or higher), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and AWS Certified Contact Center Specialist (preferred).
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
