About the position
Responsibilities
• Set appointments on behalf of clients and the agency using inbound leads.
• Utilize a personalized onboarding experience to ensure qualified appointments are set.
• Support clients’ lead generation efforts to enhance their return on investment (ROI).
• Communicate effectively with clients to build relationships and retain them.
Requirements
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Products (Drive, Docs, Sheets) and Apple Products (Pages, Numbers, Keynote).
• Comfortable making 100+ phone calls per day.
• Experience in inbound and/or outbound call environments (call center experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent time management and personal accountability.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with CRM management or relevant software.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and challenges.
