Appointment Setter (Remote)

As a Telemarketer / Appointment Setter, you will make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce them to our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. You’ll follow a proven script, log call activity in our CRM, and consistently work toward daily and weekly performance targets.

Compensation is competitive hourly pay + commission on closed deals. Bonus incentives for exceeding performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to both warm and cold leads using our dialer system.
• Follow a structured script while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation.
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
• Accurately update and maintain CRM records.
• Consistently meet or exceed call volume and appointment‐setting goals.
• Report progress and lead quality feedback to management.

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or appointment setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Confidence in handling objections professionally.
• Self‐motivated, disciplined, and goal‐oriented.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and call software.
• Reliable computer, headset, and high‐speed internet connection.
