Overview:
A single professional is seeking a fantastic full-time executive/personal assistant. She splits her time between residences in New York and California, and also spends time in Europe- the EA/PA will be remote, but candidates must be located on the east coast due to schedule requirements, and *very* occasional in-person work. The schedule is full-time and is generally Monday through Friday, approximately 9am-5pm EST, but with a 24/7 mindset and willingness to do small time-sensitive tasks outside of normal working hours.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex travel arrangements- private and commercial
• Schedule calls and meetings
• Book all personal appointments
• Oversee the household budget; pay household staff and vendors
• Assistance with other projects as needed
Qualifications:
• Proactive, organized, and able to think ahead
• Able to deal with multiple priorities and constantly changing schedules
• Flexibility to assist with tasks outside of the standard schedule
• Resilient
• Tech savvy
Requirements:
• Must have both private and corporate experience
• 5-7 years experience
• East coast based (highly preferred, but will consider other great candidates)
Salary and Benefits:
• $80-90k annually
• Potential for health stipend for the right candidate
