Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in creating a safe, warm, and engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and development

- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, child portfolios, and other documentation required by local agencies
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to health and safety standards

- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Must pass state-required criminal background check
