Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, organized, and inviting classroom that meets the highest standards of quality care and education
- Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to encourage partnership, support, and community engagement
- Utilize our proprietary curriculum to create a fun and engaging learning environment that caters to each child’s unique developmental needs
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, child portfolios, and USDA documentation
- Contribute to the center’s success by collaborating with team members and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditations, and family engagement
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Passion for early childhood education and a genuine warmth towards young children and their families
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to pass state-required criminal background check
