Please note: The contract has been awarded; however, this position remains unfunded and is contingent upon funding release.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer accounts, workgroups and national data sets.
- Automate routine provisioning tasks.
- Migrate BaseCamp into the cloud.
- Support Sherpa developers with production and intake issues.
- Provide expertise regarding the business rules of BaseCamp and Sherpa.
- Provide technical support to the Customer Enablement team for all BaseCamp tickets.
- Develop, maintain, and document database tools, administrative strategies, and best practices.
- Design and implement data models and access layers to support new product functionalities.
- Solve complex technical challenges, providing innovative and strategic solutions.
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certifications in relevant technologies.
Clearance Required:
Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust

Posted Salary Range: USD $150,000.00 – USD $185,000.00 /Yr.
