BCBA CLINICAL ASSESSOR – REMOTE

We are actively looking for a full time BCBA Clinical Assessor to provide clinical services for our company. The Clinical Assessor collaborates with the clinical team. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing evidence-based interventions for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.

Master’s degree is required in one of the following fields:
• Behavior Analyst
• Psychology
• Marriage and Family Therapy
• Special Education
• Child Development
• Social Work
• Speech Language Pathology
• or related field

Also Required:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification (BCBA)

Job Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to decrease challenging behaviors and enhance functional skills.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide training and support to staff regarding behavioral strategies and best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

The following is required:
• Active BCBA Certificate
• Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic therapies and experience delivering these services
• Experience with case supervision. Must be proficient with ABA Program/Goal Development, ABA Behavior Reduction and Skills Acquisition Procedures and Staff Training
• Must have excellent writing and communication skills, be highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Bilingual Spanish is highly requested
• Must be able to work well as part of a team
