Responsibilities Respond to client requests/inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases and service inquiries. , Demonstrate high standards for quality service. , Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. , Work with the quality and training team to manage performance expectations. , Maintain open communication with team leads and managers for support and development. , Document all client interactions accurately in the call center database. , Adhere to schedules and deadlines for both regular and special projects. , Exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals as set by management. , Communicate proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels. Requirements 2-3 years' experience in a business/professional environment, preferably in the service industry. , Exceptional written and oral communication skills. , Ability to deliver high-level client service under high volume. , Strong computer literacy and internet savvy, with e-commerce experience preferred. , Experience with Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools. , Excellent data entry skills with a typing speed of 45-55 wpm minimum. , Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evenings.
