Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Strive High- RUSSIAN SPEAKING Location: Remote, New York Strive High is a leading provider of behavior analysis services, specializing in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Strive High family. As a 1099 contractor, you will design, develop, and monitor comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients. You will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing direct supervision to our team of Behavioral Technicians and mid-tier Behavior Intervention Specialists. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and refine individualized behavior programs, ensuring they meet client goals effectively. - Conduct regular supervision and training sessions for staff and families, enhancing program impact and educational support. - Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective treatment. - Develop and update treatment plans based on continuous client progress analysis. - Complete required documentation and participate in progress meetings and staff development sessions. - Oversee and ensure the quality of documentation and adherence to ethical standards. - Maintain active BCBA certification and comply with all professional and company guidelines. Qualifications: - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (Required) - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required). - Medicaid Credentialed (Required). - Valid New York State Behavior Analyst License (LBA) (Required). -Russian Speaking (Preferred) - Extensive experience in applied behavior analysis, particularly with developmental disorders. - Proven ability in staff supervision and development. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to travel to client homes and maintain flexible energy levels to match client needs. - Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Must have own liability insurance -Must be able to pass a background check Position Type: 1099 Contractor Benefits: - Competitive compensation. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. -Bonus Opportunities Application Process: Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience.
