Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Strive High- RUSSIAN SPEAKING Location: Remote, New York Strive High is a leading provider of behavior analysis services, specializing in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to creating positive change in our clients' lives through individualized support and evidence-based practices. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Strive High family. As a 1099 contractor, you will design, develop, and monitor comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to the unique needs of our clients. You will play a crucial role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and providing direct supervision to our team of Behavioral Technicians and mid-tier Behavior Intervention Specialists. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and refine individualized behavior programs, ensuring they meet client goals effectively. - Conduct regular supervision and training sessions for staff and families, enhancing program impact and educational support. - Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective treatment. - Develop and update treatment plans based on continuous client progress analysis. - Complete required documentation and participate in progress meetings and staff development sessions. - Oversee and ensure the quality of documentation and adherence to ethical standards. - Maintain active BCBA certification and comply with all professional and company guidelines. Qualifications: - Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field (Required) - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (Required). - Medicaid Credentialed (Required). - Valid New York State Behavior Analyst License (LBA) (Required). -Russian Speaking (Preferred) - Extensive experience in applied behavior analysis, particularly with developmental disorders. - Proven ability in staff supervision and development. - Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to travel to client homes and maintain flexible energy levels to match client needs. - Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Must have own liability insurance -Must be able to pass a background check Position Type: 1099 Contractor Benefits: - Competitive compensation. - Opportunities for professional development and career advancement. -Bonus Opportunities Application Process: Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and experience.
