Remote role but must sit in market geography

Our client, an industry leader in the Workforce Solutions space is looking for a Business Development professional for their Life Science practice.

Join their team, working remotely in the Seattle/Portland PNW market. In this role you’ll develop new business and acquire accounts by researching prospects and building relationships with key decision-makers in the life science industry.

To succeed, you’ll need Life Sciences or Science staffing sales or recruiting experience, along with exceptional customer service and communication skills. A strong sales acumen and tactical selling techniques are also essential.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Researching and developing new account opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and leading delivery results working with life science-based recruiters.
• Managing a regional territory with in-person and remote business-related meetings.
• Documenting sales activities in CRM.

Must have:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Preferred 5+ years of proven sales experience and a strong understanding of the local business environment.

What you will get:
• Base salary ranging 90-110k with upside incentive based on sales.
