Roles and Responsibilities ? Outbound lead generation and business development
skills, preferably in the blockchain and Web3.
? Technical selling experience, specifically in web3
backend solutions.
? Proven track record of delivering business results and
achieving quotas.
? Conduct market research to identify potential clients,
partners, and industry trends.
? Develop and execute business development strategies to
drive revenue growth and market expansion.
? Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads,
negotiate contracts, and close deals.
? Identify and establish strategic partnerships with large
technology companies.
? Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and
decision-makers at partner organizations.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define
partnership objectives, negotiate agreements, and ensure
the successful execution of partnerships.
? Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives with partners to
maximize mutual benefits and market… exposure.
? Represent the company at industry events, conferences,
and meetups to build a strong network and enhance brand
visibility.
? Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and
innovations in the blockchain and Web3 space.
? Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing
insights, publishing articles, or speaking at relevant
industry events.
? Nurture and maintain long-term relationships with
existing clients and partners.
? Provide exceptional customer service, address concerns
or issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
? Continuously monitor and evaluate partnership
performance, identify improvement areas, and implement
corrective measures when necessary.
? Track key performance indicators, analyze sales data, and

provide regular reports to the management team on

business unit performance and progress towards goals.

Skills Required ? A Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer

Science, or a related field is required. An MBA or

advanced degree is preferred.

? A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business

development, strategic partnerships or a related role in the

blockchain, Web3, or technology industry is required.

? A strong understanding and knowledge of blockchain

technology, Web3 concepts, and the decentralized

ecosystem is necessary.

? A demonstrated track record in driving revenue growth

and establishing successful partnerships is essential.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the

ability to build relationships at all levels of an

organization are required.

? Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities

are crucial.

? The candidate should be self-motivated, proactive, and

able to work independently and in a team environment.

? The candidate should have a strong track record of
