Call Center Agent
Looking for candidates in Hawaii that are team players, self-starters and have excellent customer support experience. Agents will be supporting the State of Hawaii Department of Health and Human Services. Calls that come in are for initial intake for those seeking benefits. Due to the nature of the calls, looking for applicants who can express strong empathy and kindness with a calm demeanor.
Mandatory Requirements:
Applicant must own a computer and have reliable wifi
Access to a quiet place to take incoming calls
Must have previous customer service experience
Have calm, pleasant and customer service oriented communication skills and professional attitude
Must be proficient in MS Office & have strong use of using different applications, be tech savvy
Be able to enter call notes into a helpdesk ticket system
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be confident and skilled at helping others over the phone use while navigating a web application simultaneously
Be responsible and professional in dealing with the public
Additional Information:
Job Type: Long term temporary opportunity for 6 months, strong possibility of extension
Pay: $22.15/hr
Applicants must be able to work full time hours
Location: Remote
Background check required prior to starting
Shift times: Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:30PM
