About the Role

ProEducation Solutions is seeking part-time and full-time Communication Consultants to assist students and parents by answering phone and email inquiries related to financial aid, admissions, registrar, and bursar services for colleges across the U.S. This is a remote, performance-based position, ideal for individuals with higher education experience who want flexible hours and meaningful work.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer phone calls
• Respond to student and parent emails
• Provide accurate information using client systems (view-only access)
• Follow institutional policies and procedures
• Maintain communication logs and follow escalation protocols

Qualifications
• Previous experience in financial aid, admissions, registrar, or bursar offices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with Banner or PeopleSoft is a plus
• Must pass a criminal background check

Compensation
• Pay is based on the number of calls handled (not hourly)
• Typical range is $15–$35/hour based on experience and volume
• Paid as an independent subcontractor

Tech Requirements
• Windows-based computer (less than 2 years old)
• MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Secure broadband internet
• Headset and basic office equipment (printer/scanner optional)
