  • 5+ years of experience managing customer service teams in a call center is required
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a huge plus
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in SmartGrid, SharePoint, NICE InContact, and Max Agent
  • Experience overseeing large teams is preferred
