CCU Academy Support Analyst

Description:
• Support CCU Academy Representatives with dual credit application processing.
• Organize and process documents for review by academic leaders.
• Track and communicate missing application items to representatives.
• Help solve application barriers and assist with registrations for programs.
• Engage with campus-wide programming and student success activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
• Effective administrative skills and background preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in organization, project management, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making, including the ability to work under the pressure of deadlines.
• High attention to detail while maintaining a strategic perspective.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member and as an individual contributor.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
• Work manage time effectively as a self-starter.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Filebound, and Adobe Pro preferred.
