CVS Health is looking for an experienced and passionate Child System of Care (SoC) Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field, as well as experience in the field of child welfare. We expect the candidate to have a strong knowledge of child welfare systems and the ability to work effectively with families, children, and community partners. They must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, have the ability to think critically and work independently, and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities:
Provide direct child welfare services to families and children in the community
Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the needs of children and families
Work collaboratively with community partners to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
Provide case management and coordinate services with multiple agencies
Participate in agency meetings and provide information and support to families
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Adhere to all policies and procedures of CVS Health and state and federal regulations
Utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills to assess and resolve complex child welfare issues
Participate in on-going training and development to maintain professional knowledge and skills
Participate in and provide feedback on initiatives and projects
