Responsibilities:

Own events end to end: From hardcore logistics to creative direction, ensuring all events reflect and align to the Base brand and standard

Lead local partnerships: Build and grow relationships with venues, restaurant groups, and other strategic partners that elevate the experience

Build the community: Develop and nurture a strong and engaged member base – own the membership lifecycle from recruitment to retention.

Design experiences: Create dinners and events with intention, shaping the experience through design, materials, and storytelling

Be the voice of the member in your city: Represent the needs, feedback, and pulse of your city’s community inside the company
Experience:
-
5+ years of experience in events, operations, or project management
-
Experience and strong track record working directly with customers and partners
-
Tech savvy with software systems for project management
