About the position The Client Financial Services Representative plays a crucial role in managing insurance, client accounts, and receivables. This remote position requires expertise in insurance coding and billing practices, as well as a solid understanding of medical and insurance terminology. The representative will be responsible for following up on claims, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines, and improving processes related to insurance inquiries.
