Role Overview
We’re seeking a Growth Partner who will connect Ergon with founders, CEOs, and service-based business leaders. Your role is entirely commission-based—you’ll earn 10% for every new client you help close.
What You’ll Do
• Engage your network and identify potential client fits
• Lead intro and discovery conversations to uncover key operational pain points
• Align Ergon360 solutions (like Executive Assistance, automation, or full back‑office ops) to those needs
• Create and propose tailored engagement plans
• Coordinate onboarding with our delivery team
• Close deals and receive 10% commission on every new client
Who You Are
• Experienced in business development, consulting, or client success
• Excellent at listening and demonstrating value strategically
• Skilled at relationship-building with decision-makers
• Self-motivated, accountable, and goal-driven
• Bonus if familiar with automation, CRM systems, or virtual support models
