About the position
Responsibilities
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SEO content projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timeline in Adobe Workfront.
• Implement Agile practices to improve content production efficiency and adaptability.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Assess and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust plans as necessary.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, measure success, and inform future strategies.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all SEO content production related communications.
• Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Editors, Copywriters and SEO Strategists while ensuring clear and consistent communication to all stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on content and SEO.
• Expert experience in Adobe Workfront.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to quantify and manage resource capacity throughout workflows.
• Exceptional data analytics and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale content projects.
Nice-to-haves
• Background in digital marketing or SEO is highly desirable.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in financial services or a related industry is a plus.
