Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Strategist – Customer Advocacy Specialist to join our team at Cella, a Randstad Digital company. As a remote-based professional, you will play a critical role in developing user-friendly customer advocacy content that transforms complex stakeholder requirements into compelling stories. You will drive marketing strategy by interviewing customers, authoring creative briefs, and crafting impactful storylines that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop customer advocacy content that meets marketing objectives, including interviewing customers, authoring creative briefs, and defining compelling storylines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content for digital and sales enablement, including reading, writing, revising, and building deliverables.
- Manage administrative tasks, such as team huddles, priority alignment, reporting, communication, and project coordination.
Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Marketing or Customer Reference programs, developing B2B case studies with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify and write compelling narratives for customer pitches and briefs.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing communication fundamentals, including channels, audience, content types, and messaging, with a digital-first mindset.
