Seeking corporate law attorney for long-term contract position at boutique law firm. No in-person services required, attorney may work from any location.
Minimum requirements:
– Active California law license, or willingness to activate
– 2 years law firm experience as a corporate law/transactions attorney
– Willingness to take on 2-5 billable hours per week depending on client needs
– Ability to act independently
– Responsiveness and dependability
Internet, privacy and advertising/marketing law experience are a plus
