We run like a machine. We’re seeking a Creative Producer/Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of content across the client’s social platforms. This is a hands-off creative leadership role; you’ll define the "why" and "what," not the "how" (no writing/designing/editing). You’ll orchestrate bold, culturally savvy ideas while leveraging AI tools (like Google Veo3 AI and Kling AI) to innovate video production. You know how to align creative vision with business goals and you’re fluent in the unspoken rules of U.S.-led digital culture. AI tools? Already in your toolkit. Responsibilities • Own the creative vision: Develop and execute high-impact content that elevates client’s digital presence. • Brand voice guardian: Define and maintain a distinct, globally resonant tone (with an innate pulse on U.S. and international trends). • Thought leadership: Drive provocative cultural commentary and agency storytelling that positions us as industry leaders. • AI-powered production: Spearhead the use of generative video tools (Veo3, Kling, etc.) to streamline workflows and pioneer new formats. • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to align content with business goals. • Fast-paced leadership: Guide editors, clients, and creators in a deadline-driven environment, balancing innovation with scalability. Who You Are • A strategic creative, not a doer (no writers/designers/editors need apply). You think big picture. • Agency-veteran, with a portfolio of social/digital work that blends creativity and business impact. • Globally minded, with a natural feel for U.S.-led cultural currents and digital trends. • AI-curious: Hands-on experience with AI video tools is a must, you geek out on tech that transforms storytelling. • A collaborator: You thrive under pressure, manage stakeholders deftly, and inspire teams without micromanaging.
