Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, including resolving complaints and answering questions
- Working in a team environment to achieve our company’s goals and objectives
- Handling customer transactions, including ticketing, baggage, and reservations
- Resolving issues related to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information on our services, including admission, schedules, and flight status
- Completing forms and reports as required by the company
- Meeting the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, and lifting
Requirements:
- Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed
- Ability to understand and follow instructions, learn and understand ticketing techniques, rules, and regulations
- Ability to work in a team environment, meet the public, and work under stressful conditions
- Ability to complete our Customer Service Specialist training program with a score of 80% or higher
- Ability to work under close time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
