About the Role:
- Location: Remote (must live within 50 miles of Linthicum, MD)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST (training and production)
- Compensation: $17.00 – $31.30 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers, addressing inquiries on eligibility, provider changes, ID cards, and more. You’ll be the face of CVS Health, delivering an excellent experience to our callers every time.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from members and providers, responding to inquiries on benefits, eligibility, services, and more
- Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable
- Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
- Self-sufficient and able to work from home with minimal supervision
- Commute to the office in Linthicum, MD when needed due to technical issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working remotely in a call center setting
- Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare
