You will speak directly with potential and current members regarding questions about their billing/payment, services offered and any other issues they may have. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Provide inbound customer service and sales.
• Consistently provide a great customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Work from home opportunity
• Minimum 1+ years of customer service/ call center or retail experience required
• Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have proficient computer skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
• Must respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
• A laptop or desktop (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
• Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
