Responsibilities
• Provide information about SSA’s programs and services to the public.
• Determine eligibility for benefits administered by SSA.
• Update records using SSA’s computer systems.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in a call center environment.
• Engage with customers over the phone to address inquiries and provide assistance.

Requirements
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Excellent communication and people skills are required.
• Entry-level position, no prior experience necessary.
