Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Specialist – Inbound, you’ll interact with customers via phone, utilizing our proprietary technology to connect members with our nationwide partner network. You’ll analyze and interpret customer needs, build rapport, and provide tailored solutions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Interact directly with customers via phone, providing personalized support and solutions.
  • Understand and articulate HONK’s value proposition, operational processes, and growth potential.
  • Utilize proprietary technology to connect members with our nationwide partner network.
  • Analyze and interpret customer needs, building rapport to provide immediate assistance.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring all member expectations are exceeded.
  • Think creatively to solve customer issues, delivering unprecedented customer service.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in a customer-facing environment, resolving issues over the phone.
  • Ability to quickly, calmly, and professionally engage customers, delivering solutions that surpass expectations.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving, with a consultative sales approach.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Secluded, uninterrupted workspace with a reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download/2.5 Mbps upload).
  • Experience working from home with equipment that supports a remote work environment.
