The Role:

As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping customer experiences and driving loyalty. You’ll work closely with our forward-thinking team, supported by managers invested in your career growth. Your adaptability, quick learning ability, and excellent communication skills will enable you to navigate various products and communication channels, including live chat and email.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you’ll:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, showcasing high attention to detail.
- Ensure timely resolution of complex customer issues and proactively develop customer relationships.
- Escalate recurring issues to Team Leaders/SMEs and relevant internal departments.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer experience.
Who We’re Looking For:
If you have:
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a multi-channel contact center environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet applications.
- A customer-centric approach with a proven ability to resolve issues.
- Initiative and a ‘can-do’ attitude with a passion for improving customer experiences.
Desired Skills:
* Foreign language knowledge (a bonus)
* Familiarity with gaming products and applicable expertise
* Experience with multiple communication channels
