Customer Support/Call Center (CSR, Chat/Email Support)

Join our team as a CSR handling inbound calls, live chats, and emails. You’ll create tickets, update our CRM, provide status updates, and resolve issues with empathy and clarity.

Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries across channels; document and escalate as needed
Track cases to resolution and follow up with timely updates
Process basic payments, refunds, or account changes

Qualifications:

Clear written and verbal communication, fast typing, strong multitasking
Comfort with CRM/ticketing tools; reliable internet and quiet workspace
Prior customer service experience is a plus, training provided
