Description:
Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and live chat
Handle customer concerns and provides appropriate solutions
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve a high level of satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Work on other service-related projects as they arise

Requirements:
2+ years experience in a customer service role
Excellent ability to clearly communicate through phone, email, and live chat
High attention to detail with research and investigative skills
Ability to multitask
Able and willing to work the appropriate hours to support our West Coast clients
Experience with Mac Operating systems, internet services, browser functions, and basic software applications
SaaS experience a plus
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
