About the Role: We’re on the hunt for a talented Customer Support Representative, Payroll, to join our vibrant team! As a Homie, you’ll be the face of our company, delivering top-notch customer support services to small businesses via phone, email, and chat. You’ll help our clients navigate payroll-related inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless usage of our payroll product. If you’re passionate about supporting small businesses, have a knack for problem-solving, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support services via phone, email, and chat, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported problems, escalating issues as needed and collaborating with internal teams to convey customer feedback.
  • Educate customers on the features, functionalities, and best practices of our payroll product, ensuring they get the most value from our solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer support system.
  • Contribute to the overall customer satisfaction and retention goals, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer support experience, with 1+ year working in payroll support or implementation.
  • Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals at the federal, state, and local levels.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
