About the Role:
- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and resolving concerns via inbound calls
- Provide clear and concise information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Utilize your skills and knowledge to simplify healthcare experiences and offer solutions
- Collaborate with our team to deliver heart-driven service and make a positive impact on our members’ lives
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, or customer service environment
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
