CVS Health is urgently hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join our growing analytics and digital transformation team. In this fully remote role, you’ll lead high-impact data science initiatives, design machine learning models, and drive predictive analytics projects that improve healthcare access, affordability, and outcomes for millions of patients.
Responsibilities:
– Lead development of machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
– Design and implement algorithms to optimize clinical workflows and reduce healthcare costs
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into analytical solutions
– Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
– Build and maintain data pipelines and modeling infrastructure
– Stay current on new tools and best practices in data science
Requirements:
– Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics
– Advanced skills in Python, R, SQL, machine learning libraries
– Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
– Strong background in statistics and experimentation
– Excellent communication skills
