You will play a pivotal role in advancing robotics text-to-action models by meticulously annotating the actions and environments of robotic arms, enriching a next-generation data pipeline. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze video footage of robotics systems and create highly detailed, timestamped annotations describing every observed action in the first person of the robot.
• Capture the robot’s internal chain of thought, describing both actions and environmental observations with maximum clarity and precision.
• Collaborate closely with the customer’s team to ensure annotation accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
• Contribute data that powers a ‘text → 3D model → action’ pipeline, supporting AI training for smarter, more intuitive robotics behaviors.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail, ensuring that annotations reflect both explicit and subtle robotic behaviors.
• Provide feedback on annotation tools and workflow improvements to enhance project output and efficiency.
• Work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deliverables and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Native-level English proficiency with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, capturing granular nuances in robotic movements and environmental context.
• Ability to write clearly, accurately, and descriptively from the robot’s perspective.
• Comfort with video review and digital annotation platforms.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities for workflow optimization.
• General annotation experience; robotics expertise is not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with 3D modeling concepts and tools.
• Previous experience with timestamped annotation or labeling in video-based projects.
• Background in STEM or exposure to robotics, AI, or machine learning is a plus.
