Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Administrator to join our award-winning business as part of the Aviva family. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in raising invoices and administering incoming invoices at our Daresbury contact centre on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities

The Role:

  • Manage and raise invoices across our Accident Repair Network efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Conduct thorough sanction searches on suppliers to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to implement effective credit control measures.
  • Evaluate and minimize risk by ensuring attention to detail and maintaining accurate records.
  • Optimize the invoicing system to deliver seamless customer solutions.

Opportunities for contract extension and potential permanent employment may be available for candidates demonstrating the right capabilities and behaviors.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent MS Office skills with high data entry accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills, including effective prioritization and time management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A positive problem-solving attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with AudaExpress and creating sales invoices is highly desirable.
