Overview
Join a fast-paced operations team where your attention to detail and accuracy help support essential vehicle compliance services. As a Document Review & Processing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for reviewing, entering, and verifying vehicle-related documents such as tolls, violations, and registrations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in structured environments and take pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and process incoming documents related to vehicle tolls, violations, and registrations
• Accurately enter data into internal systems to ensure proper record-keeping
• Audit processed documents for accuracy and consistency
• Research discrepancies or missing information using available resources
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve escalations and ensure quality control
Minimum Qualifications
• 1 year of clerical, data entry, or administrative support experience
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills
