Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Insights Analyst to join our team at Workwarp. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in acquiring, managing, and analyzing data to drive business growth and inform internal teams, clients, and partners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain reports and analytics using Excel to drive business insights and inform stakeholders Lead the onboarding of electronic data trading partners and ensure successful implementations Monitor client data submissions, identify data quality issues, and communicate with clients to resolve issues Collaborate with partners to guide and assist in creating data feeds according to defined specifications Proactively communicate with trading partners and clients to expedite onboarding and meet key deadlines Analyze and communicate trading partner performance to ensure timely and effective data submissions Act as a resident expert for data requirements and specifications internally and for clients Requirements: Experience with Excel, particularly in developing reports and analytics Pharmacy claims experience is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in an entrepreneurial-like environment Experience with ETL, analytic-based, data-driven, SSIS, and Microsoft BI stack Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL is a must Previous client-facing experience is required What We Offer: Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance Matching 401(k) with immediate vesting Opportunity to work in a supportive, progressive, and fast-paced environment Equal Opportunity Employer: Workwarp is an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
