Responsibilities Manage communication between stakeholders, define mitigation strategies, and provide clarity to the team Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and team integration across portfolios and products Create and configure application plans tailored to goals and strategies Modify structure in response to changes and understand resource management and its benefits Use standard procedures and tools to perform audits and performance evaluations for specific products Support problem-solving, solve problems, and follow advice and product usage in life Facilitate incremental program (IP) sessions and pre-planning (pre- and post-IP planning) of all deliverables Understand and implement test automation processes and the importance of fast delivery Provide new resources to support and develop personally while supporting the product team Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in project or delivery management Expert in Agile, Scrum, Safe, and Kanban processes Experience as Delivery Manager (RTE) and/or Project Manager/Project Manager Proven track record of delivering successful projects and working with business and IT Certified PMP, Pgmp, Agile, Safe RTE (preferred) What We Offer Competitive salary ($20-$30/hour) 100% remote work environment Opportunity to work with a dynamic and dedicated team Professional growth and development opportunities Apply Now!
